Users can cancel subscriptions directly from their account dashboard. Cancellations are effective immediately, but service access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who have faced technical issues or found the service unsuitable. Refunds are not applicable to ongoing or renewed plans unless explicitly stated.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, send an email to support@voizor.ai with your account email, reason for cancellation, and any relevant screenshots. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email where necessary.
